offers a system of gentle effective movements that reduce tension,
de-stress and revitalise the mind and body. It improves
breathing, posture, balance, flexibility and alignment, and develops
core abdominal strength and longer leaner muscles. Pilates is
suitable for any age and level of fitness.

Fully health screened:
participants complete a comprehensive questionnaire before they
start any classes, so that we are aware of any injuries such as dodgy backs, knees
etc.
(including optional blood pressure check if you want one) - don't panic you don't
have to be fit
to join a class, it's our job to help you get fitter!
