our non-sweat workouts
We also offer a range of non-sweat workouts to
suit all ages and levels of fitness to
energise
and de-stress
your employees.
We can come to your office and provide small classes (max
10 participants) before work,
after work or at lunch time. Sessions can be 45mins or 1 hour,
female only, male only or mixed - you decide.

Pilates

Pilates offers a system of gentle effective movements that
reduce tension, de-stress and revitalise the mind and body.
It improves breathing, posture, balance, flexibility and
alignment, and develops core abdominal strength and longer
leaner muscles. Pilates is suitable for any age and
