Do
you want to give yourself a boost?
The Lifestyle MOT is designed to do what is says on the tin!
We look at the way you live your life. We look at what your
eating habits are and how they effect you, your current exercise
regime (if you have one) and also have a look at your stress
levels. To get the most out of your first session, we will ask
you to complete a questionnaire, we will then create an action plan
for you to follow to get your life back on track so that you will
feel revitalised, reenergised and raring to go!
how
does it work?
- The initial session lasts 90 minutes and can either be face to
face or by phone
- We then send you an action plan on how to improve your nutrition,
fitness and
stress levels
- 2-3 weeks later we follow up with a 30 minute phone call
