This programme consists of an initial face to face consultation
(approx 90 mins) during which we will discuss:
- your current diet
- any health issues linked to your weight gain
- your current exercise regime
- your weight and vital statistics
- how much weight you want to lose
- how we can revitalise your diet
- how we can help you regain your self esteem and confidence
- any other issues you wish to discuss.
We will also:
- give you some tasty and nourishing recipes
- help you monitor your weight loss regularly
We will then follow up your consultation with several 30 minute
telephone coaching calls every fortnight or month to help you keep
on track towards your objectives. We will also offer you further
face to face consultations to help you through any difficulties you
are experiencing.
